Hi, I'm Carla.
REVASS started with something much simpler than a business idea.
I wanted to take better care of myself.
Years ago, I started preparing my meals ahead of time. It wasn't complicated or glamorous. I just noticed that when good food was already waiting for me in the fridge, eating well became much easier.
I didn't have to make a decision every time I was hungry. I didn't have to start cooking after a long day. And I wasn't constantly realizing I was missing one ingredient and making another trip to the grocery store.
Meal prep gave me something I hadn't expected: time.
And I kept doing it.
The more interested I became in nutrition, the more I wanted to understand it properly. I eventually became a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, building on more than 11 years of experience working in the food industry.
But I kept noticing the same problem with people around me.
They wanted to eat better. They knew what they should be doing. They just didn't have the time to do all of it.
Planning meals. Making a grocery list. Shopping. Cooking several dishes. Portioning everything. Cleaning the kitchen.
Week after week.
That's where REVASS came from. I thought:
“What if I could take care of that part for them?”
So that's exactly what I do.
You choose what you'd like to eat. I can take care of the shopping, come to your home, prepare everything in your own kitchen, portion your meals, organize your fridge and clean up before I leave.
And because I'm coming into your home, I know this service is more personal than simply ordering food.
You're trusting me in your space. You're trusting me with the food you and your family are going to eat.
I take that seriously.
I'm not trying to make eating well complicated, perfect or obsessive. I simply want to make your week easier.
